CBD Hemp Direct Reviews

I previously ordered products from this company. No issues. Yet, I recently ordered two products from this company, and only received one product. Now, it's understandable that companies are busy, but the motto this company seems to follow: "We'll get back to ya when we feel like it."And no PHONE numbers for customer service? What is this! It has been over 2-3 weeks, and I haven't received a response from these folks. It's okay. I filed a dispute with American Express; and I have evidentiary emails to substantiate my claims.

Never again, will I deal with these folks.

This is a terrible company to deal with they don't understand anything about customer service they are rude and untrustworthy I just received 3/4 of a pound of CBD hemp and it is fermented I have had many problems with customer service with this company in the past they are rude and intolerant of any questions and do not treat people with decency I am done doing business with this company and I don't recommend anybody else do business with them either

i would not recommend CBD hemp direct! They sent me an email to take 40% off site wide with discount code. When I checked out I was charged full price!! Tried contacting them several times! Nothing!! Crickets!
Seem very dishonest!

This company use to be good when CBD first came out. I enjoyed Miami Vice, Exotic berry. Now thier selling nasty flowers that gives you a headache and it also gives you a disgusting after taste. I can't believe people actually make good reviews about this company. I did some research about the possibility of new ownership and management. These people sold me 1/4 pound of Bubba Kush and Paradise OG 14 grams. Both batches of the flower were horrible. Of course I asked for a refund and their response was, well if you return the product we can issue you a refund. Now what kind of stupid policy is this? The only reasonable thought I have is , that they are going to resell this crap to some other sucker. $130 in the trash , because I am not sending this horrible nasty flowers back to them and waisting more of my hard earned money!! Don't be fooled by the positive reviews, CBD hemp direct sucks ! They need to go out of business! There just like Black Tie, Cascadia Blooms, Tweedle farms , these companies suck to and they are ripping a lot of people off. Stay away at all costs. Try thier B.S. flower and enjoy your headache and stomach ache. I hope the owner enjoys all the emails I sent cursing them out for ripping me off. You suck and so does everyone that actually posts reviews that are positive. I bet 99 percent of all the reviews that are positive are probably fake. I hope you lose more customers you scum bags!

I placed an order for 2 strains of THC-P. 7 grams of Forbidden V and and 1ounce of Sour Tsunami.
When the package arrived I got my 7 grams of the Forbidden but only 1 gram of the Sour Tsunami.

I sent an email with a picture and so far no reply. I called their number listed on the website and it states that "this number is no longer in use and will not accept messages etc."

I never had a problem until now and been with them for years. I'm shocked that this is happening. I bought it on a 40%off sale as well.

I have finally received the 1oz I was missing. There was no communication in the form of an email that would tell me if they sent me anything or reached a decision. Leaving customers in the dark is unprofessional but I at least got my item.

I finally opened my order and found it's full of white mold. It was next to a previous order of the same batch so my storage wasn't the issue. Being this was a replacement order that took weeks to arrive, I'll just take the $60 loss as a lesson for it to be my last order from cbdhemp.direct.
Idk what's going on there but they're not the same high quality company that they used to be.
My order, that I believe USPS stole/illegally searched and disposed of, was sent out again and received yesterday.
I've placed multiple orders from cbdhemp.direct without any issues until this last order.

Another great order from cbd hemp direct. They even gave me some gummies free with my package. Would highly recommend buying from them and it's always shipped quick for me.

The last batch I got smelled like cat nip and urine. Please check the products before sending. Thanks my Gmail polizzilarry9 I was disappointed this time. We been buying for the last 2 years. Quality got bad or it was just old.

Cbd Hemp Direct is a great company. No complaints about their service. Shipped my product in 1 day. For people using customer service why? U don't need to use customer service to buy from this website, not unless for some reason you haven't educated yourself on the products they have by doing some research online or their website. The Smoke is high quality. No reason to complain. Delta 8 moon rocks are not supposed to have wax in them like another customer said. There supposed to be dry inside. Why would you want wet or moist Buds anyway?

This supplier is now my ONLY supplier of product. They consistently send me great quality products for everything I order. My 3 orders yesterday were shipped just 1 hour and 36 minutes later. That's the best response I've ever received from any other suppliers that I've tried. I'm their customer for life!

I purchase CBD hemp flower and it was nothing like the photo this is the second time this happened very low quality I have not received a text back or an email about this issue they are not honoring their own return policy I would definitely shop somewhere else

On numerous occasions, I have ordered various strains of their cbd buds and their D8 infused buds and they have never let me down. Not to mention its easy on the wallet! My fav is the D8 smalls. Nice little nugs That get me where i want to be.

The new thc-o-ace is something to behold if youre in need of stronger relief. The 700mg/G oil from this order was amazing and extremely affordable. As well as the garlic og from last order. Great prices, potent product, fast turnover. Doesnt get better than that!

Lastly, Their Packaging is always professional and secure, w/ Leo notices and COA papers.

I was a first time Delta 8 purchaser from an online vendor and I am frugal so I was looking for deals. I found CBD hemp direct and another company and pulled the trigger on both. From the CBD hemp direct I got a 1/4 lb of small bud Delta 8 glue for a great value. It arrived a day early and was packaged inside 3 sealed bags and the USPS envelope. There was a notice to law enforcement that it is not delta 9 thc and many informative papers about effects, thc content, and how to read lab sheets from 3rd party testing labs. It smelled as it should, was the correct size (popcorn nugs) and tasted great. The effects were as potent as expected from Delta 8/CBD. Idk the particulars with all the negative reviews so I cannot comment on that. And I have not dealt with customer service so I can't comment on that. I can say that most companies hands are tied once they ship a product out so if it's a delivery issue give them a break. If it's something you need help with from a staff member don't be a jerk. State your claim calmly and professionally and watch how much smoother the often painful customer service experience can be. In all I'll definitely be ordering more Delta 8 from these guys again. Delivery was fast and customer service was fine they replied to me with an update for my order ASAP. The flowers are decent but for the price I can’t complain.
